Peter Sprague Quartet

Much has been written about Peter Sprague. My take on him, besides being a world-class jazz guitarist, is that is a caring, giving, supportive human being. I am personally grateful to Peter for encouraging me to establish the Cardiff-By-The-Sea Music and Arts salon to North County San Diego. When I initially and timidly approached him to share my fledgling idea a year prior to the inaugural salon, his eyes lit up. I believe that he saw the possibility of building community around music and the arts in north county before I did – and I felt that he believed in me and my vison and dream. – Hillel Katzeff, Founder, Host and Curator Cardiff-By-The-Sea Music and Arts Salon, 2025.
