Peter Pupping

Peter Pupping was born in the Netherlands and moved to Encinitas as a child where he picked up playing the guitar at age 9. He studied classical guitar and then branched off to Spanish and rock styles. He earned his bachelors and masters degrees at SDSU. During the 1990’s directed the Mira Costa College guitar program. In the early 200’s he founded the Encinitas Guitar Orchestra.

Peter has played with a who’s who of performers and is a performs solo and with his Guitar Sounds group.
